We ship to Italy and select countries in the European Union.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, except during periods of high volume, holidays, or force majeure.
Shipping to Italy
For shipments within Italy, we charge a flat rate of €10.00.
For orders totaling €150.00 or more, shipping is free.
Estimated delivery time for Italy is 3–5 business days.
For domestic shipments, we use either BRT or Poste Italiane, depending on the destination and logistical requirements.
Shipments to the European Union
We ship to select countries in the European Union.
For shipments to the European Union, we charge a flat rate of €29.00.
Estimated delivery time for the European Union is 5–8 business days.
The applicable shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free In-Store Pickup
We also offer free in-store pickup for eligible orders.
Pickup is available at our physical store located at the address listed in the Contact Information section of the website.
Orders for in-store pickup are generally ready within 1 hour, subject to changes due to store hours, order volume, or exceptional circumstances.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.
Tracking
When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
The delivery times indicated are estimates and not guaranteed. Any delays due to the carrier, periods of high shipping volume, holidays, or force majeure are not directly attributable to the store.
