We ship to Italy and to selected countries within the European Union.

Order processing times

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, except during peak periods, holidays, or in case of force majeure.

Shipping within Italy

For shipments within Italy, we apply a flat shipping rate of €7.00.

For orders of €150.00 or more, shipping is free.

The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery within Italy is 3-5 business days.

For domestic shipments, we use selected couriers depending on the destination and logistical requirements.

Shipping within the European Union

We ship to selected European Union countries available at checkout.

Shipments within the European Union are divided into the following shipping zones:

EU - Zone 1: flat shipping rate of €15.00

The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery for EU - Zone 1 is 4-6 business days.
EU - Zone 2: flat shipping rate of €19.00

- Sweden
The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery for EU - Zone 2 is 5-9 business days.

Applicable shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Free in-store pickup

We also offer free in-store pickup for eligible orders.

Pickup is available at our physical store address listed in the Contact section of the website.

Orders for in-store pickup are generally ready within 1 hour, subject to store opening hours, order volume, or exceptional circumstances.

Customers will receive a confirmation email when the order is actually ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before going to the store.

Tracking

When available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any delays caused by the courier, high shipping volumes, holidays, or force majeure are not directly attributable to the store.
